Lindsay M. Kreps, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Who I am

My healthcare experience started 23 years ago when I began this journey as a CNA, then onto RN, and finally MSN, APRN, FNP-C. I am in Family Practice with special interests in Diabetic care and Mental Health.

I received my nursing degree from Bethel College in Mishawaka, Indiana, and my Graduate degree from Chamberlin University in Addison, Illinois. I have worked as a nurse in medical surgical, ICU, ER and pediatrics before coming to family practice.

I believe in treating the person as a whole not just their illness. I make longer appointments for patients so that I can fully address their medical history, chronic conditions, and concerns

Why I chose the tree?

Everyone has roots that run down deep and branches that spread out wide, no matter the type of tree. Life, existence, importance, and permanence.

Legacy was birthed out of the desire to honor my mother who was a Type I diabetic and my uncle who was schizophrenic. I grew up watching both of them struggle with debilitating conditions my whole life. I know the struggles that are faced with chronic conditions and how isolated it can make one feel.

What I do

Legacy is here to help patients take back control of their health by offering a real provider-patient relationship. We partner together to develop a plan that is sustainable to treat you as a whole person and walk through the treatment process together…you are never alone.

Whether you need ongoing care for chronic condition management, acute care for illness or injury, or a provider to do annual wellness exams or physicals, Legacy Family Health Care is here for you. I am here for you.
