Office Visits

New patient Visits

  • If you decide to stay on Ala Cart, each visit after initial establishment visit will be $100-$180, depending on acuity, (visit type).
  • Any labs needed will be at wholesale cost, and there will be a $25.00 lab draw fee added.
  • You may still have medications filled through us but there is an additional $5.00 convenience fee.

The Benefits of Changing to the Monthly Membership

  • The $150 that you pay for the initial first visit will be used for the office visit that day ($80) and also put towards the first month’s payment ($80).
  • If you decide to go to the Membership route (after the initial first visit), it would be $80.00 monthly going forward which will include your first set of wellness labs: CBC, CMP, A1C, Thyroid, Cholesterol and Vitamin D levels.
  • The $80.00 monthly also allows you to see our provider as many times as necessary each month without an additional visit fee.
  • You will receive same day or next day appointments guaranteed and will be able to list us as you Primary Care Provider.
  • You will also have access to our onsite pharmacy for prescriptions that are as cheap or cheaper than GoodRX.
