• How Does the Relationship with My DPC Provider Help Me Invest In My Health?

A DPC provider is not bound by insurance and has the ability to control how they provide care. When a provider has the autonomy to practice as they wish it allows them to offer more to their patients.  The DPC model puts focus on patient relationships.

• Will I get the time I need?

History taking is the most important part of understanding a patient. A DPC Provider can spend the time to treat you as a person, not just a disease process!  The establishment appointment allows plenty of time to share your history as well as your current concerns.  LFHC encourages you to express all of your concerns, you are not limited to just one or two complaints.  This allows us to provide holistic wellness care and not just sick care.

• Is it hard to make an appointment?

The last thing you need when you have a health concern is to wait weeks to get in! Patients of LFHC have access to same day or next day appointments.  As a member, you have access to providers for emergencies and the ability to reach out when you can.  Once established, you have access to send messages to your provider via text.  Emergent needs will be addressed timely, non-emergent needs will be addressed during the next scheduled business hour.

• What if I have questions?

Patient education is essential to quality care.  Treatment plans and goals must be individualized to meet the patients’ needs! The Legacy staff advocates for your heath and celebrates victories both large and small!  Our goal is to improve the overall health of the community so that each and everyone of us may create a legacy of our own.

• What is the bottom line?

We care for you by working with you within your means!  Care is available as apart of your membership or via fee for service.
